Nicole has a Diploma is Training Design and Development and 20 years’ experience as an Instructional Designer/ Learning and Assessment specialist. She currently designs blended training programs and curriculum for vocational, corporate, and public service clients within all sectors including business, community service (disability, individual support, counselling, social work, addiction support, aged care, early childhood education and care and mental health), foundation skills, retail, hospitality, training, and education.
